1 - What is covered?
- 1.1 Original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and reported within 14 calendar days after installation date.
- 1.2 Manufacturer defects and shipping damage reported within 14 calendar days after the installation date.
- 1.3 Repairs under this warranty will be made with like or similar parts, however
- 1.4 we can't alter the originally ordered blind type, blind size, side of operation etc. when a product that falls under the warranty needs to be remade
2 - What is not covered?
• Product failure due to any of the following:
- 2.1 Normal wear and tear,
- 2.2 Damage caused by accidents, alterations, misuse
- 2.3 Damage caused by improper use and operation
- 2.4 Damage caused by rough handling, abuse, tampering
- 2.5 Damage from children, pets or insects,
- 2.6 Alteration of any kind,
- 2.7 Improper cleaning.

- 2.8 Slight color variation; natural variations in color, grain, or weave of organic materials.
- 2.9 Slight warpage of wood blinds or shutters; excessive warpage caused by moisture or high humidity.
- 2.10 Discoloration, fading, cracking, shrinking or stretching caused by long exposure to direct sunlight.
- 2.11 Products that exceed size recommendations or are outside of product specifications.
- 2.12 If product is taken down from the original place where it was installed and refitted.
- 2.13 No warranty offered on blinds, curtains, or any other products supplied by Adams Blinds®, that are installed at locations where the blinds are continuously used by different people e.g. in hotels, motels, bed & breakfasts, AirBnBs etc. as while we explain our customers how to use these blinds we are not able to instruct each and every person who will use them in the future and as a result of improper use of operation we are not able to continuously change parts, replace blinds, service them etc.
3 - Claim of Warranty
To obtain our warranty service, please email office@adamsblinds.co.uk.
As proof of purchase, make sure you can provide the original invoice issued by us to you when order was placed.
Please note that the purchaser of our products has 10 days from the date they received the product(s) to notify Adams Blinds® if they are missing slats, blinds, brackets or any other portion of their order. After this time frame, the order will be considered 100% delivered to the customer.
4 - Shipping Costs
After a 6 months period, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty repair.
5 - Product discontinuation
- 5.1 If a product replacement is needed for a discontinued product still under warranty, we will provide a substitute product that matches as closely as possible. In the event that there are multiple products in the same room, only the defective product will be repaired or replaced. Every effort will be made to match the original specifications.

- 5.2 This warranty takes the place of all other stated warranties, whether written or oral. In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from any defect in product or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component prior to replacements. In order for repair or replacement to be made, an invoice verifying the original purchase date must be presented to us.

- 5.3 After warranty expires, many products can still be repaired for a nominal fee.

We reserve the right to change any of the terms and conditions, including but not limited to the above warranty terms, at any time in our sole discretion. If we decide to change, we will publish a new version on this page. Any such changes will be effective upon publishing the revisions.
